Yes, this is from last year. I wanted to tell you that I cannot upload pictures right now, so I will be burrowing. So, what was that for? Well, you can see the 3 balloons are the same color as the hat. Well look in the newspaper. The colors are Yellow, Green, and Blue.

This is a HUGE spoiler for the new party hat colors! They will be Green, Yellow, and Blue!
